MOTION: Councillor F. Timmons
That this Area Committee requests the Chief Executive to provide for a plan to address Parking issues in Clondalkin Village and how this can be addressed to increase footfall for Local Businesses
REPORT:
The Roads Section is currently considering options for improvement of traffic flow in and around Clondalkin village and a report, with recommendations and options will be brought before the members in early 2015. In addition, a review of Report on Pay Parking is currently being prepared for the Land Use and Transportation SPC that will examine options to enhance public pay parking in all villages.
