“To ask for a report on the Houses that where recently boarded up on station road and future plans for vacant Houses at this area?”

REPLY:
Planning permission was granted in 2007 for 8 units on this site of which 6 were constructed. The Developer, LT Construction, has recently confirmed that completion works are now in hand in relation to the remaining two units.
A meeting has been convened with the Developer to discuss his obligations pursuant to Part V of the Local Government (planning and Development) Act, as amended and also his proposals for sale/otherwise of the remaining units.
