QUESTION: Councillor F. Timmons
to ask for a report into the Smoking policy within SDCC and ask that the policy is reviewed and to look at all smoking including electronic Cigarettes be not permitted on site or near council buildings
REPLY:
South Dublin County Council has a policy of no smoking, including the use of e-cigarettes, which applies to all local authority buildings and workplaces including but not limited to offices, depots, public facilities such as libraries, sports centres, swimming pools, community centres etc., all work vehicles and the environs of County Hall, Tallaght.
